We requested a parking restriction outside the surgery to allow our patients to attend for their appointments. We discussed at one of our Patient Participation Group (PPG) meetings, we ran a petition, we wrote to SBC and  it has taken a very long time to get approved. It has finally been implemented and there is a signage outside the surgery stating  ‘8.00am to 6.00pm, 1 hour, no return within 4 hours’ I hope that this will alleviate the difficulties that some of our patients have had accessing the surgery.
